Ordering & Delivery

Please use the on-line ordering system to browse items and add them to your basket. When you choose to checkout, an order will be created and you can pay for your item which will usually be delivered next day (if any item is out of stock you will be notified by email).

Please note that prices shown do not include VAT which will be charged at 17.5% at checkout.

Payment is accepted by Credit Card, Paypal or Cheque. Please select during the checkout process. You will be emailed a receipt either via Worldpay or Paypal for online transactions and an order confirmation from Torberry.

Postage will be calculated at the checkout stage and is usually the standard rate of £2.50 up to 500g. For larger orders: 500g to 1kg - £3.50, 1kg to 10kg £7.00.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you may return it to us in unused condition within 7 days of receipt. We will then refund your payment. Please email shop@torberry.co.uk for a return code before sending.
